Downloading The Panel From Our Website

You can download The Panel for FREE here or at the bottom of this guide.

Installing The Panel

To install the Panel, extract the files from the Zip file downloaded.

You can do this using windows or a extractor of your choice. (Example using 7-Zip)

Once done, copy or move the vas-panel folder into your MSFS community folder.

If you don't know where that is, I recommend this resource.

Once the folder is inside your community folder, you can open the Simulator.

Opening The Panel

To Open the panel, start a free flight anywhere and with any aircraft of your choosing.

Once loaded in, in the top bar you should see the VA Systems logo. Clicking on this should open the panel.

Onboarding

Go through the onboarding steps, you can choose your theme, link your account and scan for products.

If you don’t yet have any products installed don’t worry, as there are demo products you can use before deciding to purchase full products.

Linking your account is not mandatory, but it will give you a £5 off voucher that can be used on our website.

Important

If you already have products installed you can skip the next step - but we recommend reading as you will need to rescan your products every time you install a new VA Systems product.

Scanning For Products Later

If you have new products purchased or installed, you must rescan your products for them to show up in the panel.

To do this, head over to the app which the product belongs to, below is a list of each product and the type.

• Airport Activities -> Activities App
• Airline Activities -> Activities App
• Everything Else -> Missions App
  

Navigate to this page, and click the scan button. This will take a few minutes, but afterwards it will recognise any products VA Systems you have installed in the simulator.

If you are having trouble scanning or are unsure what products belong to which app, you can do a full a full panel-wide scan. You can find this by going to the Homescreen of the Panel and clicking on the account icon in the top right, There you will see a tab option to scan.

Navigate your Products

After scanning, you can now go to products in the bottom navigation, this will now have all the products you’ve purchased and installed. Clicking on these will allow you to filter and search the wide array of data you have at your disposal.

FAQs

My products are not showing up.

Make sure you have scanned your products. If this still does not work - try restarting the sim, and checking in the marketplace to ensure you have the products installed or streamed to your simulator.

Does the panel work in MSFS2020?

Yes, follow the same steps outlined here on MSFS2020 and the Marketplace.

Can I remove the demo products?

Yes, you can disable these in the settings page - you can navigate here from the Panel Homescreen.
